Lyndan provides the following services:
We provide Budgeting and Design services to Construction Management, General Contracting and Design individuals. Our team will meet with the contractor, visit the site and develop a millwork budget. Lyndan will generate millwork specifications including material recommendations, considering both performance and esthetic appeal.
We recognize projects have budgetary limitations and provide suggestions for controlling cost while maintaining product integrity.
Shop drawings include plan, elevation and detail sections for all products we produce including sample xxxxx for customer review and comment.
Full sized mock up production and installation is offered giving the customer products for testing application performance and scale.
All products are fabricated specifically to customer specification. Every project is field verified to confirm sizing. We continuously challenge our staff to implement new materials and finish applications that the design community desires.
